Mazda Australia has confirmed a range of pricing and specification changes across its Large Architecture SUVs, starting with the mid-sized CX-60.
The updated 2026 Mazda CX-60 range (as well as the CX-70, CX-80 and CX-90) gets a simplified pricing structure that sees its inline-six petrol and diesel derivatives priced equally. Previously, the ‘D50e’ 3.3L diesel incurred a ~$2000 upcharge.
Further, the CX-60 and CX-80 P50e plug-in hybrids (PHEVs) are now a neat $5000 more than the equivalent inline-six engine. As a result, G40e variants have seen their prices increased by $900, D50e diesels are $1100 cheaper, and the PHEVs have seen their prices cut by $7150.

In addition to the price adjustments heading into the second half of 2026, the Mazda CX-60 has been treated to some enhancements on the spec sheet, too.
Like the larger CX-90, all models now get front cross-traffic assist, Cruising and Traffic Support (previously exclusive to the Evolve trim and above), and Driver Emergency Assist systems as standard equipment.
Mazda Connected Services have also been finally added to the CX-60 and CX-90, having been included in the CX-70 and CX-80 from launch.
Featuring an embedded eSIM and compatibility with the MyMazda smartphone app, the connected suite offers a range of connected and remote functions.

Mazda Connected Services include:
- Emergency SOS call
- Geofencing capability
- Curfew notification
- Vehicle locator services
- Stolen vehicle assistance
- Vehicle status and health
Rounding out the changes is a new exterior paint option: Polymetal Grey Metallic.
First debuted on the Mazda 3 in 2019, the distinctive grey finish is now available in lieu of Sonic Silver metallic for both the CX-60 and CX-90.

As before, the Mazda CX-60 offers no fewer than four different powertrain variants in Australia: the G25 RWD, G40e AWD, D50e AWD and P50e AWD.
CX-60 G25 grades are powered by a 138kW/250Nm 2.5-litre naturally aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine driving the rear wheels exclusively via an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Opting for a G40e gets you a 209kW/450Nm 3.3-litre turbocharged inline-six petrol with 48V ‘M Hybrid Boost’ technology. The D50e gets a 187kW/550Nm 3.3L turbocharged inline-six diesel, with the same 48V mild-hybrid tech and eight-speed auto.
Finally, the P50e flagship teams the G25’s four-cylinder petrol engine with a 100kW/250Nm electric motor and 17.8kWh lithium-ion battery pack, for system outputs of 241kW/500Nm and up to 76km of electric range on the NEDC test cycle.
