The Renault Megane E-Tech has received another drive-away offer, bringing big savings to the small electric hatch/SUV.
It’s being offered for $49,990 drive-away, a reduction of $5000 over the existing drive-away offer that finished on March 31.
The new offer is available for vehicles sold and delivered between April 1 and June 30, 2026, or while stocks last.

“We are doing our bit to help motorists make the switch to electric cars during the current fuel crisis,” said Renault Australia general manager Glen Sealey.
“This limited-time drive-way offer in the lead-up to tax time – which amounts to savings equivalent to the GST plus free on-road costs – will help people get into a European electric car at an attainable price point.”
The Megane E-Tech is offered here in a single Techno trim, featuring a 60kWh battery with 454km of range on the WLTP cycle, and a single 160kW/300Nm front-mounted electric motor.

Metallic paint is a $400 option, with most two-tone exterior paint combinations costing $800.
The Megane E-Tech is backed by a five-year, 100,000km vehicle warranty and an eight-year, 160,000km battery warranty, with 70 per cent capacity guaranteed to the end of the warranty period.
It was launched here early in 2024 with a price tag of $64,990 before on-road costs, though within weeks Renault slashed the price by $10,000.
Renault Australia delivered 266 Megane E-Techs in 2024, dropping by 22.2 per cent to 207 examples in 2025.
It was outsold by conceptually similar vehicles such as the Kia EV3 (2597), Volvo EX30 (1281) and Zeekr X (665), as well as the Cupra Born (315) which is currently unavailable in Australia.
