Genesis has added the electric GV60 Magma performance SUV to its Nordschleife Track Taxi service, joining the existing G70 sports sedans.
That means punters will be able to ride shotgun in the 478kW/790Nm performance EV, which can dash from 0-100km/h in 3.4 seconds on its way to a top speed of 265km/h.
Looking at the Genesis online booking system for the Track Taxi experience, a single co-pilot seat costs around €140 ($229.40), an additional guest adding €40 ($65.54). By comparison, a main guest ticket to ride in the G70 costs €120 ($196.62).

The Genesis Track Taxi program was launched in 2024, and offers passenger rides around the 20.832km circuit – featuring 73 corners and constantly changing road surfaces – with a professional driver behind the wheel.
Since its inception, nearly 3000 “Genesis guests” have ridden passenger in the two modified G70s that launched the program, which together have completed 1300 laps of the iconic German circuit, equivalent to 27,080 kilometres.
Based on the 3.3T Sport specification, the G70 Track Taxis feature sticky Michelin Pilot Sport 4S performance tyres for optimised grip, even in wet conditions; lowered KW coilover suspension; as well as upgraded braking and cooling systems.
Power comes from the standard car’s 274kW/510Nm 3.3-litre V6 twin-turbo petrol engine, which sees the RWD luxury sports sedan dash from 0-100km/h in a brisk 4.7 seconds.
The 2026 Genesis GV60 Magma recently went on sale in Australia, and is the first model under the Korean marque’s new performance sub-brand.
Priced from $130,000 plus on-road costs, the GV60 Magma is more than $40,000 dearer than the single-motor GV60 Advance entry point, and about $15,000 more than the piping-hotHyundai Ioniq 5 Nelectric SUV andIoniq 6 Nelectric sedan which share the same running gear.
Like its Hyundai-branded stablemates, the GV60 Magma features an 84kWh battery pack and electronic limited-slip differential (e-LSD), as well as the Virtual Gear Shift and Drift Mode functions.
