The Ford Mustang Mach-E has been refreshed for 2026, with minor design tweaks, interior updates, and price increases of up to $1000.
Prices have increased by $1000 for the entry-level Select, which now starts from $65,990 before on-road costs. The Premium and range-topping GT, meanwhile, have gone up by $500 each, to $80,490 and $98,490 before on-road costs respectively.
Additionally, all three variants have received slight powertrain tweaks, with power bumps for the Select and GT and consistent torque increases across the range. Three different batteries remain, though the units fitted to the Select and Premium variants have received slight capacity tweaks.
A new heat pump has been added, designed to maintain the car’s battery pack at an optimal level and help keep the cabin at comfortable temperatures more efficiently.

Suspension has been upgraded for the Select and Premium, thanks to revised sway bars, springs, and shock absorbers. The top-spec GT retains its MagneRide adaptive suspension setup.
As for cosmetic changes, the base Select now features the same LED headlights as the Premium and GT; the Premium gets matte-black bumper cladding and body-coloured wheel arches (from gloss black); and the GT has a new front grille. All variants have also been treated to new alloy wheel designs.
Inside, the central rotary gear selector has been replaced by a column-mounted shifter, and 10-way power-adjustable front seats are now standard across the range.
Ford Australia confusingly refers to this refresh as an “MY25” model, even though it arrived in time for 2026. This is likely due to timing discrepancies in the United States and Australia. The updated Mustang Mach-E is now available to order.
